excellent stay near the mall
easy location wide range great care helpful lifeguard
i liked the location as it was easy to reach the emirates mall. the breakfast was good with a wide range of international options. housekeeping staff maintained the room with great care and kindness. the pool area had lifeguards who were helpful (i not sketchy at all).
the doors lacked proper noise insulation, i heard corridor sounds.

the front office staff offered prompt assistance with my requests. they handled everything efficiently and were also polite. the whole experience was positive because of their warm and friendly attitude.

the room included a comfortable bed and clean sheets. it had a mini fridge stocked with bottled water. a kettle with tea supplies was available. the bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure.

poor water pressure small bathroom
the shower had poor water pressure. it barely trickled out. the bathroom WAS too small. i also noticed they failed to provide hand towels.
